Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how delivery, packaging, returns, refunds, damaged items and incorrect orders are handled for products purchased from the Liamoxoart shop.

For the purpose of this policy, “Liamoxoart”, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Liam Oxendale trading as Liamoxoart.

UK Delivery Only

At the moment, Liamoxoart currently ships within the UK only.

International shipping is not currently available, but this may be introduced in the future as the store continues to grow.

Print Production

All Liamoxoart prints are professionally produced through trusted UK print partners, with production based in Wolverhampton to help provide fast and reliable delivery.

Each print is carefully produced, checked and prepared before being passed to the courier for delivery. This helps make sure every order leaves the production facility at a high standard.

Packaging

All posters are securely packaged in strong protective triangular cardboard packaging to help keep them safe and prevent bending during delivery.

Prints are rolled and packed carefully so they arrive in a safe condition, ready to display, frame or hang.

For best results, please allow your print to lie flat for around 24 hours before framing or hanging. This gives the paper time to naturally settle after being rolled for packaging, helping to reduce any curl and create a smoother, more even finish.

Delivery Couriers

Depending on your location within the UK, orders are shipped using either Evri or Royal Mail.

The checkout will automatically select the most cost-effective delivery option based on your address. This helps ensure your order is delivered efficiently while keeping shipping costs as low as possible.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Delivery usually takes a further 3-5 working days after dispatch.

This includes production, quality checks and shipping time. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on when your order is placed, your location, courier availability, public holidays, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside of Liamoxoart’s control.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been passed to the courier, delivery handling is unfortunately outside of my direct control.

Every print is carefully quality checked before it leaves the production facility, but parcels can sometimes be delayed, mishandled or damaged while in transit.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help look into it.

Returns

Because Liamoxoart prints are produced carefully and often made to order, please check all product details before placing your order, including the print size, product type and delivery information.

Returns are not usually accepted for:

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products that have been handled, damaged, marked or altered after delivery

  • Custom print requests

  • Personalised or specially requested products

  • Products made to customer specifications

This does not affect your legal rights if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving it.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the packaging, if possible

Once I have reviewed the issue, I’ll make it right by arranging a suitable resolution where appropriate. This may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Reporting Damage

If your print arrives damaged, please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Clear photos are important because they help show whether the damage happened during delivery, packaging, production or handling.

I’ll always aim to resolve genuine order issues as quickly and fairly as possible.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be offered where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider or checkout system.
