  • Promotional visuals

  • Print designs

  • Creative concepts

  • Drafts, sketches and unused ideas

  • Layouts, compositions and visual presentation

You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, screenshot, screen record, download, save, edit, trace, upload, publish, repost, share, sell, print, distribute, license, imitate, recreate or use Liamoxoart work without written permission.

This applies whether the content is found on the Liamoxoart website, shop, portfolio, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, search engines, advertising platforms or any other online or offline location.

The fact that content is publicly visible online does not mean it is free to use.

5. Strict Rules Around Screenshots, Reposting and Misuse of Work

Liamoxoart does not allow unauthorised use of its creative work.

This means you must not screenshot Liamoxoart work and post it on your own social media, website, business page, portfolio, advert, product listing, blog, marketplace, online shop or marketing material without permission.

You must not use Liamoxoart content for:

  • Personal social media gain

  • Business promotion

  • Brand promotion

  • Product promotion

  • Advertising

  • Portfolio building

  • Resale

  • Print products

  • Digital products

  • Website design

  • Social media graphics

  • Video edits

  • Moodboards that are made public

  • Competitions

  • Commercial presentations

  • Client pitches

  • Artificial intelligence training

  • Templates, presets or downloadable assets

  • Any other unauthorised purpose

Unauthorised use of Liamoxoart work is not allowed and will not be tolerated.

If Liamoxoart finds that its work has been used without permission, Liamoxoart may take action. This may include contacting the person or business responsible, requesting immediate removal, issuing a copyright takedown request, reporting the content to the platform, requesting credit, requesting payment for unauthorised use, refusing future work, or taking legal action where appropriate.

6. Sharing Work With Permission

Liamoxoart understands that some clients, collaborators, models, brands, businesses or individuals may want to share work that Liamoxoart has created for them.

This is allowed only where Liamoxoart has given permission, where the work was created for that specific individual or business, or where mutual sharing has been agreed.

When sharing Liamoxoart work with permission, you must follow these rules:

  • Only share the final approved version

  • Do not edit, filter, crop, stretch, distort or recolour the work

  • Do not reduce the quality in a way that damages the presentation

  • Do not add poor-quality text, graphics, effects, overlays or filters that degrade the work

  • Do not remove watermarks, credits, logos or copyright notices

  • Do not claim the work was created by someone else

  • Do not misrepresent the work, project or creator

  • Do not use draft versions, previews, rejected concepts or behind-the-scenes files unless agreed

  • Credit Liamoxoart where reasonably requested

  • Tag Liamoxoart on social media where possible

  • Use the work only for the agreed purpose

  • Do not resell, redistribute, license or give the work to third parties without permission

Liamoxoart puts care, detail and purpose into the quality of its creative work. Any shared version should respect the final visual standard and should not damage the reputation, presentation or quality of Liamoxoart.

7. Client Use of Completed Work

When Liamoxoart creates work for a client, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final approved deliverables after full payment has been received.

The exact usage rights may depend on the project, agreement, quote, licence or written communication.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

  • The client may use the final approved work for the agreed purpose

  • Liamoxoart retains copyright ownership of the original creative work

  • Liamoxoart retains the right to show the work in its portfolio

  • Liamoxoart retains the right to use the work for marketing and promotional purposes

  • Drafts, rejected concepts, unused ideas and working files remain the property of Liamoxoart

  • Editable source files are not included unless agreed

  • The client must not alter the work in a way that damages the Liamoxoart quality standard

  • The client must not sell, license, redistribute or transfer the work beyond the agreed use

  • The client must not claim that the work was created by another person or business

If a client needs full copyright transfer, exclusive rights, white-label use, private use, extended commercial rights, editable files or unrestricted usage, this must be agreed in writing and may involve an additional fee.

8. Portfolio and Promotional Rights

Liamoxoart reserves the right to display completed creative work within the Liamoxoart website, portfolio, social media, marketing materials, promotional content, case studies, adverts and project showcases.

This may include:

  • Logo design work

  • Branding projects

  • Graphic design work

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Product mockups

  • Website graphics

  • Posters

  • Print designs

  • Social media graphics

  • Promotional designs

  • Digital artwork

  • Behind-the-scenes content

  • Before and after examples

  • Client project visuals

If Liamoxoart created the work, Liamoxoart may use the completed project visuals to show the quality, style, process and range of services provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a project must remain private, confidential or unreleased, this must be discussed and agreed in writing before or during the project.

Liamoxoart will not intentionally publish private personal information, payment details, private contact details or confidential project information as part of a portfolio showcase.

9. Logo Design, Branding and Graphic Design Projects

For logo design, branding and graphic design projects, Liamoxoart creates work based on the agreed brief, style direction, project requirements and client communication.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

  • Final approved files are supplied after full payment

  • The client may use the final approved design for the agreed purpose

  • Liamoxoart may display the finished work in its portfolio

  • Drafts, unused concepts and rejected designs remain Liamoxoart property

  • Editable source files are not included unless agreed

  • The client is responsible for checking spelling, wording, names, colours, layout details and information before approval

  • The client is responsible for checking that business names, slogans, logos and branding are legally available to use

  • The client is responsible for trademark registration or legal brand protection if required

Liamoxoart is not responsible for trademark disputes, naming conflicts, copyright issues or legal claims caused by information, references, text, imagery or brand ideas supplied by the client.

10. Photography and Videography Work

For photography and videography work, Liamoxoart may retain copyright ownership of the images, footage and final edits unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients may receive permission to use final edited images or videos for the agreed purpose.

Unless agreed otherwise, clients must not:

  • Edit final images or videos in a way that misrepresents the work

  • Apply heavy filters or effects that damage the final quality

  • Sell or license the work to others

  • Submit the work to third parties without permission

  • Use the work beyond the agreed purpose

  • Claim the work as their own creation

  • Remove watermarks, credits or copyright notices

  • Use screenshots, previews, RAW files, unedited images or drafts as final content

  • Give the files to another editor, designer, business or platform for further use without permission

Liamoxoart may use selected final work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless privacy or confidentiality has been agreed in writing.

11. Product Sales

Liamoxoart may sell products through the website, including physical products and digital products.

Products may include:

  • Wall art prints

  • Posters

  • Photography prints

  • Digital artwork

  • Downloadable files

  • Design products

  • Creative assets

  • Other Liamoxoart products added to the shop

Product details, prices, sizes, materials and availability will be shown on the relevant product page where possible.

Colours, tones and finishes may vary slightly between screen display and physical products due to differences in screens, lighting, printing methods, materials and production processes.

Liamoxoart aims to present all products clearly and accurately, but cannot guarantee that every device screen will display colours exactly as they appear in real life.

12. Print Products and Made-to-Order Items

Some Liamoxoart products may be printed, produced, fulfilled or delivered through third-party production partners, print providers or delivery services.

This may include wall art prints, posters, framed prints, made-to-order products and other physical items.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, courier, stock availability, demand, location, seasonal delays or circumstances outside Liamoxoart’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, billing and delivery information.

If an order is delayed, lost, returned or failed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional costs.

13. Digital Products and Downloads

If Liamoxoart sells or supplies digital products, the buyer receives a licence to use the product for the purpose stated at the time of purchase.

Digital products may include downloadable artwork, files, templates, design assets, digital prints, guides or other creative products.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, digital products must not be:

  • Resold

  • Shared

  • Uploaded for public download

  • Claimed as your own

  • Edited and resold

  • Used to create competing products

  • Distributed to others

  • Used in a misleading way

  • Used for illegal, harmful or offensive purposes

  • Used to train artificial intelligence systems

  • Used beyond the licence provided

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright ownership.

14. Orders and Payments

Prices are shown on the website or agreed directly with the client before work begins.

Liamoxoart may require:

  • Full payment upfront

  • A deposit before work begins

  • Stage payments during a project

  • Final payment before final files are supplied

  • Final payment before products are ordered, printed, produced or dispatched

Final creative files, high-resolution files, product orders or completed deliverables may be withheld until full payment has been received.

If payment is late, project progress, delivery, fulfilment or file handover may be delayed.

Liamoxoart reserves the right to refuse, pause or cancel an order or project where payment has not been made as agreed.

15. Quotes and Project Agreements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking, order or project agreement.

A project is only confirmed once Liamoxoart has accepted the project and any required deposit, payment, confirmation or written agreement has been completed.

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time.

If the project changes, the price, timeframe or deliverables may also change.

Liamoxoart reserves the right to refuse a project, enquiry or order where necessary, including where the request is unsuitable, offensive, illegal, unclear, unrealistic, outside the services offered, or not possible within the required timeframe.

16. Deposits

Some creative projects may require a deposit before work begins.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deposits may be non-refundable once work has started, time has been reserved, planning has begun, or the creative process has started.

This is because the deposit may cover communication, preparation, admin time, project planning, research, reserved availability, concept development and initial creative work.

17. Revisions and Changes

Creative projects may include a set number of revisions, depending on the project agreement.

A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the existing direction of the work.

A revision does not usually include:

  • A completely new concept

  • A complete redesign

  • A major change of brief

  • A change in creative direction

  • New deliverables not originally agreed

  • Extra versions beyond the original scope

  • Work caused by missing or incorrect client information

Additional revisions, major changes or changes requested after approval may result in extra charges.

18. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate and timely information.

This may include:

  • Project details

  • Written copy

  • Brand information

  • Product information

  • Reference images

  • Logos and brand assets

  • Social media handles

  • Website links

  • Required wording

  • Deadlines

  • Feedback

  • Approvals

Clients are responsible for checking all final work carefully before approval.

This includes spelling, grammar, names, dates, contact details, prices, measurements, colours, layout details and factual information.

Once final approval has been given, Liamoxoart is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version, unless otherwise agreed.

19. Cancellations and Refunds for Products

Cancellation and refund rights may depend on the product type, whether the item is physical or digital, whether it is custom-made, and whether production has already started.

Customers may have legal cancellation rights for some online purchases. However, cancellation rights may not apply in the same way to custom-made, personalised, made-to-order or digital products once access has started or production has begun.

This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not meet legal requirements.

If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact Liamoxoart as soon as possible with the order details and clear photographs if relevant.

20. Cancellations and Refunds for Creative Services

For creative services, cancellation terms depend on the project type, stage of work, agreement and amount of work already completed.

If a client cancels a project after work has started, Liamoxoart may charge for work already completed.

This may include:

  • Planning

  • Research

  • Admin time

  • Communication

  • Creative development

  • Drafts

  • Concepts

  • Design work

  • Editing time

  • Reserved availability

  • Purchased materials

  • Third-party costs

Refunds for creative services are assessed fairly based on the circumstances, but a full refund may not be available once work has started.

21. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact Liamoxoart as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage or fault

  • Packaging photographs, if relevant

  • Delivery information

Liamoxoart will review the issue and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, refund, correction or other suitable solution.

Customers should not return items without contacting Liamoxoart first, unless instructed to do so.

22. Delivery

Delivery information, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown where available during the order process.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.

Liamoxoart is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, supplier disruption, severe weather, technical issues or events outside reasonable control.

23. File Delivery and Storage

Final files may be delivered by email, download link, cloud storage, website upload or another agreed method.

Clients are responsible for downloading, saving and backing up final files once delivered.

Liamoxoart may keep project files for a reasonable period, but does not guarantee permanent storage of completed work, drafts, RAW files, working files, source files or final assets.

Editable files, layered files, RAW files, unedited photos, unused concepts and working files are not included unless agreed in writing.

24. User Conduct

Users, customers and clients must communicate with Liamoxoart respectfully.

Liamoxoart will not accept abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, aggressive or dishonest behaviour.

Liamoxoart reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a project, stop communication, block users, restrict access or report behaviour where necessary.

25. Account Termination and Access Restriction

If the website includes customer accounts, downloads, restricted areas, memberships or private access in the future, Liamoxoart reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.

Access may be restricted if a user:

  • Misuses Liamoxoart content

  • Shares private files without permission

  • Attempts to access restricted areas

If a client provides materials for use in a project, they confirm that they have the right to use those materials.

  • Fonts

  • Music

  • Written copy

  • Product images

  • Brand assets

  • Screenshots

  • Testimonials

  • Names

  • Slogans

  • References

  • Third-party content

The client is responsible for any legal issues, copyright claims, trademark claims, privacy issues or disputes caused by materials they provide.

28. No Unauthorised AI Use

Liamoxoart content must not be used to train, develop, prompt, feed, improve or support artificial intelligence systems, image generators, machine learning models, datasets, scraping tools or automated content systems without written permission.
