RKD Performance
A complete brand identity and marketing package created for a new automotive garage, built around trust, performance, expertise, and a strong first impression.
The project focused on developing a professional visual identity that could represent the business clearly across signage, promotional material, digital platforms, and customer-facing brand assets, helping RKD Performance launch with a confident and recognisable presence.
Project Overview
Before RKD Performance became an active, functioning garage, the director sat down with me and shared his vision - not just for how the brand should look, but how it should feel. He had a clear direction in mind and trusted me to take those ideas and bring them to life through design. From that first conversation, I was fully involved in shaping the visual identity of the business.
Together, we built the RKD brand from the ground up. I created a bold, memorable logo, designed promotional flyers, and produced a full-scale image garage banner that now hangs in their workshop. I also crafted digital assets for their social media presence, helping them maintain a consistent and professional image across platforms. Every piece was made with their target audience in mind - clean, performance-oriented, and confidently automotive.
This was one of those projects where design met trust. Being there from the very start meant I wasn’t just designing for a client - I was helping define how this brand would be seen in the real world. It’s still one of the projects I’m most proud of.

I corrugated and shaped the overall visual identity for RKD Performance from the early stages of the business. The aim was to create a brand style that felt bold, professional, automotive-focused, and easy to recognise across both physical and digital use.

The logo was designed to feel strong, sharp, and performance-driven, using bold lettering, a purple and black colour direction, and automotive-inspired details. It needed to work across different formats, from social media profiles to printed banners and business assets.

I designed a full-scale garage banner to give the workshop a clear and professional presence. The banner brought the RKD Performance identity into the real world, helping the business look established, recognisable, and visually consistent from the outside.

I designed promotional flyers to help RKD Performance advertise seasonal offers and services in a clear, eye-catching way. Each flyer was created with the target audience in mind, combining strong visuals, service information, pricing, and contact details into a clean promotional layout.

For RKD Performance, digital assets are created whenever the business needs updated or additional graphic work. This can include logo updates, social media graphics, promotional visuals, branded announcements, and other digital designs that help keep the brand active, consistent, and professional across online platforms.
